Pesto chicken, I used to make this dish almost every night for dinner when I lived alone in Boston over 10 years ago. I make the pesto from scratch. (Don't all be amazed) It's so good and brings back great memories!!!

(I eat it on a tortilla usually with sour cream and tabasco)
